Received a call Friday the 23rd. Really loud background noise, then the voice said "and it get my d..k wet." Not sure who these people are. I didn't call back, it was left on my voicemail though.

I never requested for a heath insurance quote, but they keep calling me several times a day. They use many different numbers from several different states.

At least 2 calls per day, morning and afternoon including Saturday's. They never leave a message when sent to voicemail and telling them I'm not interested and to remove me from their call list has no effect.

I received a phone call from this number this morning and when I answered I heard, "Don't make me f*ckinig b*tch slap you." and then they hung up. I called the number back and a woman answered the phone claiming they were calling about insurance.

Multiple calls, use various entity names, eventually learned it's National Healthcare Advisors, which is a fictitious name for United Health Assurance Inc., Boca Raton, FL.

Got a Call from them this morning telling me 150.00 - for a policy quote for a 62 year old. Said I am interested email me the info then they hung up on me.
