Scammer using a fake number & spoofing everyone Caller ID. Everyone please always call the phone numbers on the back of your debit or credit cards, credit and bank statements, or visit your local Bank of America branch. Don’t provide any personal information.

Caller from this number wouldn't provide her name other than She was with Bank of America. First questions was what is my date of birth. Didn't ask who i was or what the call was about. I've had legit calls where they would provide some questions and list of answers to go through for me but this person had no info on me other than we need your DOB before we can tell you what this call is about. Sounded more like someone wanted my personal info than anything else.

I'm in the same boat as everyone here. Endless robo-calls from not only from this slug but other slugs stealing our time to deal with them. But no one has offered any real assistance to deal with the slugs. So I managed to check on a way of combating The Slugs. Check out Amazon for call blockers that will send a signal back to The Slug calling that signals that your number is disconnected. And here is a link to get you in the arena. I don't have any dealings with any of the company's nor Amazon. I'm a victim who at least is trying to fight back. Your actions are your own. IF you find the information useful or the devices that can give you peace and regain a modicum of privacy again. Then spread the word. Who knows if enough begin using these devices it may force The Slugs to be more open, I'm not holding my breath; it is a shield though.

Called twice but no message left. Without knowing who they are I will not answer. Sounds like scam to me after reading all these comments. Name did show up as FIA Services whoever they are. Leave a message if you want a return call.

Getting calls 2 - 3 times a day. Caller ID says FIA Card Services. Never leaves any messages.

because the do not call lists are so weak I use and answer machine to filter my calls

I keep getting calls from this number, they do not leave a message. Just tried calling the number back = Bank of America. Why would't they leave a message? So, I called them back and said nothing...not cool BOA! The operator said "Because of no response, I'll have to terminate this call".

A credit card company calling my home phone?! I do not have a credit card of any kind. But this company is calling at least 20 to 25 times a day without leaving a message. The answering machine says it's from Fia Cards ERVIC With the phone number as 1-800-536-1584
