Have perfect score .
Its ascam they call and Dont saybur name I've gotten 3 messages. If someone was going to deliver lawsuit paperwork theycwould simply deliver it. If they need your adress in order tov"deliver"lpaperwoR
This same person named Amy called my home and cell phone today stating the above information regarding delivery of legal documents to me. I called the number left on my answering machine which was 800-340-5219 and talked a rude man who would not give me his name. He informed me that a credit card company had filed a lawsuit against me. I know this is not true because I have excellent credit and am in good standing with this particular credit card company. I advised him to remove my name and phone number from his directory. I have also filed a formal complaint with the NC Attorney General's office. I encourage everyone getting these phone calls to file complaints with the State Attorney General office where they live.
Amy ONeil from private services of Accufile called at 2:20 PM on 12/17/2014 stating there is a formal complaint that "they" must deliver papers to me about. I need proof by ID so said papers can be delivered to me either at home or at work. "They" can only attempt delivery two times. If I have questions eithe my attorney or myself can call 800-340-5219 to obtain more information.
Because she did not say my name or give me a file or reference number I figured this is some kind of scam. Then I looked them up in the Internet and found this site with information.
Any o'Neil from Acudile keeps calling- sometimes 10 times a day- she says she is trying to send papers about a formal complaint and someone must be home. She says me or my attorney must contact them. This has gone on for weeks. No letter has been delivered.
