constantly calling my cell phone and leaves no message, I am at work during the day. stop harrasing me, I own no money to anyone, excellent credit.

They call several times a week, and the caller ID just says 'telemarketing'. No message is ever left on my voice mail

caller keeps calling against requests to cease & desist. Caller must have legal action against them.

Invasion of Privacy! Knock it off, CMI. I already called back and explained that we are not the party they are looking for. Same story. Calling early on Sunday morning. I think a family member is in distress................They interupt my morning with this harassment. Somebody stop them.

There are several hardware callerid boxes you can buy to achieve whitelisting although ineffective. Asterisk is the most effective. Viatalk.com is the easiest way to block calls by number OR callerid name

This is a number used by a debt collector (Credit Management Inc.).

LOOK OUT: they use callerid SPOOFING

Remind them they are in violation of the Telecommunications Act, calling without the intent to communicate, if they call and do not leave a voice message.

Everyday I get home, and there's a message or two from 800-543-5578. It's a recording, and it seems to have already started before my voice mail even begins, which is weird. Anyhow, they're apparently trying to collect a debt from a woman I've never heard of before. Isn't it great (sarcasm implied) when someone gives out a fake telephone number, and then allows a complete stranger to get repeated calls regarding a debt that has nothing to do with them.
