Scam company! These guys are fraudulently making their mail look like its from a state or federal authority. Their mail has no legal disclaimers that would inform you that they are essentially acting like debt collectors. They pretend to not be debt collectors because the state hasn't hired them to collect this debt. So they think by pretending to call what they're doing a sort of a assistive service, they're free from legal obligations put on them by the state attorney general. Be sure to store all mail and voicemails received from these guys and forward them to the attorney general's office.
