I get calls three to four times every day. I responded few times, first thing they want to know my last four digits social security which I refuse to give and disconnect the phone. Some times they call again within one hour asking the same to discuss further.
I do not understand these people. I pay my mortgage on time every month . First of all they know who they are calling but still asking me to verify myself giving my last four digits of social security. I do not understand this bank. I have no interest or incentive to talk to them. If it is so important why can not send a letter. I do not know what they want from me.
Help, Any body know how to stop these calls.
