I actually DO have a loan through Fortiva. I applied for financing on my new HVAC system. I had not idea that they set my first payment date the same date as I signed the paperwork; I hadn't even had the system installed yet. So when I made what I 'thought' was my first payment the next month; I was suddenly having them blow up my phone numbers; telling me I was late; and because they set my first payment date back to the signature date of the loan; I was late. They will not work with me, I pay through their website which does NOT update payment information. When I should only only 1 month's payment, they have me owing thousands. I am to the point where I may go to debt relief route just to get them off my back. :p DON"T get a loan through these shady people. Fortiva sucks! AND they call me on Sunday morning when I'm in church. They call every hour, on the hour, and I have already TOLD them to stop calling. They even call my work numbers.
