Not sure who. just got a new number pestering me

We receive at least 4 calls from this number every day and this has become more than a nuisance. I would like to see the FCC place some restrictions on telemarketers whose tactics are abusive and constitute an invasion of privacy.

I'm constantly getting these unsolicited phone calls even though I am on the national do not call list. But I love having fun with them by answering with " Hello, Pizza Hut may I take your order....excuse me.....I'm sorry but there is nobody by that name working here. May I take your order. We're having a two for one special on any size Hawaiian Pizza today, would you like to try one? They generally, laugh say I'm sorry I must have the wrong number then hang up. I love it and do this to all 1-800 etc numbers. Even if they try again I'll repeat my Pizza Hut greeting thing. Enjoy..

Let my answering machine to run
No one speaks out
It is annoying

Calls six or seven times a day, but never leaves a message. When I pick up the phone, I don't say anything but just let the call go on. Eventually they hang up and then there is a busy signal.
