they call about a dozen times a day I've told them I took care of the problem in 2002 its not my fault they don't have no record of it but this has been ongoing they keep harrassing me.

That is a chase collection department.
Their so called policy is they harass people after 5 days. BS~

I called chase a minute ago to make a complaint.
After speaking to a customer rep they placed me on line with the Executive Office.
Heres my story summed; I get paid from employer every two weeks and I have direct deposit. I barrow money to live with in that two weeks and I pay the over draft fees every two weeks with no problems. But as soon as I pay them their cut I start receiving calls from them, that is not legal! Because they received their money already.
I called the collection department afterwards and told them if they bother me one more time about my account after they have already received their owed money I will sue them and go to another banking establishment.
I can see if there as been no activity for 30 days, then start processing the account for closure, start collecting money, and reporting to credit department, BUT NOT after only two weeks of no activity especially when one has been banking with them for years and they have always paid them every two weeks plus their loan shark charges.
I have about had it with Chase-JP Morgan Bank.

Harassment..calls back to back to back. i hit decline, and still get them calling back immediately. really irritating when I'm at work.

I got many calls from this number with no message left. When i called back, they claimed to be Chase Bank and promptly ask you for your phone number, full social security, and full account number.

Chase never asks me for this information (except maybe a phone number or last four digits of my social). When I refused they said I could visit my local branch without giving a reason for the phone call. They are much less polite and courteous than any other Chase Reps I have spoken with before so I am skeptical whether they are really Chase.

I am on the do not call list and they r calling the wrong number. they were told and still continue to call....8 calls in 1 day!
