Contacted me to try and contact my father; no way in hell I'm passing this along. He lives all the away across the country, no idea how they got my number.

"Loan Assistance" . After receiving multiple threatening voice mails, returned call to speak with Shiela at ext 686. They wanted all kinds of personal info by phone. Advised that if they needed further interaction to send information by mail to the mail address on they had on record. Threaten that there would be problems if they did not get the info right now by phone. Repeated request to send physical mail. They threatened problems again. Requested that they do not call this number ever again. Repeated request to not call twice more. They got angry and hung up. Note - all loans are up to date and being settled per terms, never any problem.

Called left message about student loan I'm 60 years old and never had a student loan

I am a teacher that received a nasy telephone call this morning at work by a representative...who didn't even introduct her self...I informed her to telephone me at home... and try to give her my home number...she just interrupted me telling me that she already knows my home number....I have voice mail at home and caller id and have never received a call from this group...but they attempted to harass me this morning at work (on the first day of school)...Also, the agent disclose my personal information to the office secretaries...I reminded her to not telephone me at work again...and she rudely inform me that since it is a federal loan that she has that right...I plan to contact my local better business bureau and an inexpensive attorney concerning this.....
