reminder to refill prescriptions which i do not i have been receiving calls from what is thought to be unitedhealthcare. robo calls to my home phone as follows: this is united healthcare calling for robert curtis? is this robert curtis and keeps asking is this robert curtis? wants personal information. what is your date of birth etc Anyone could call and state that their unitedhealthcare. These calls have been going on since 3/2012. Have filed complaints with both Medicare & AARP. when these calls started AARP said they did not know anything about the calls. Months later 12/12/2012 when i called they said the calls were coming from a company called OPTIM RX.Companies involved have been called many times. they had supervisors call and say the calls would stop. havent! I am on disability and am unable to get to the phone. since 12/10 they have called 5 mornings in a row at about 8 am.I have even cancelled medicare aarp.
