They call my job phone every day more than once and it gets annoying. The person that calls states that they are looking for someone with the same first name as me, and they give me the last 4 of the social which isn't mine. I advised them, to stop calling here because I am not the person who they are looking for.

This agency calls every day 5 to 10 times a day, leaving no message. Sometimes, there is a recording by someone named Chelsea, other times it is a male voice. I want something done about their harassment. I have made it very clear that the debt they are trying to collect is not mine and is not valid. Enhanced recovery needs to be fined and taken out of business.

Each and every time they call, there is a recording. They leave a message with no option to press "0" and speak to any live person.

Calling each and every DAY is called HARRASSMENT and is against the law.

Whoever reads this, here is some advise:
1) Who Controls Collection Agencies: (Find out what state they are operating and doing business in) Call or Write the Financial Advisor or Banking Commissioner of that State and complain.
2) Contact the FTC and collection agencies are sometimes charged $100 for harrassment and wrong doing by the government.

Received 5th call today looking for someone who has the last name as me. Called the 800 number and recording took my # for their do not call list then some woman picks up and wants ithe number again. I told her I'm sick of this shite and to never f'n call here again and hung up! If it happens again I won't be so polite!!!!
