some annoying person voice is very strange they call at least twice a day. something about a gift card from walmart. please make them stop now.
Well I have to take back what I said about Snuggies.
Received my snuggies in the mail yesterday.
Weirdest site I have ever tried to deal with. Got an no-reply@buystyleplusjuicer.com confirming the order. Talked to them and they said I had gotten the email by mistake? Wasn't even their confirmation number that was listed on the email.
Oh well. Glad I got them but will be more careful nextime.
Snuggies needs to fix things or their will always be problems.

Just was wondering where my snuggies where, so I went to the web and looked at people's postings of all the scams. Their website is not user friendly and you must be careful when ordering. I could not look up my order by the confirmation order # they gave me. So I looked it up by email and all it said was that it was processing. I placed my order 1/3/09. So it is now 1/27/09. I called customer service # which is not a live person. It gives you another number to call. I was on hold for about 6-8 min. Got a live person and she looked up my order. It shipped 1/23/09 and has arrival date of 2/2/09. I don't know what mail system they are using!!
To some it up this was suppose to be a "gag" gift for my dad's 60th birthday. After all this, I find out you can get these at WALGREENS for 14.95 each with the free light! Next time I will shop around.
I ordered teh Snuggie online and got the same issue
with the phone number and the online site not having
payment information. There is no record of payment etc.
This is clearly a scam. I called right away and canceled my card.
My earlier comments are below. I have to retract my words - maybe. After some additional web searching, I found another 800# which does ring throught o the Snuggie outfit (presumably) and, after some wait, a sales rep did answer and found my order. The contents of which are on backorder until mid-December. Try calling 800-721-7173 instead. Their web URL is:

The 800-721-7173 number works. I was able to cancel my order promptly with a customer service agent after being on hold for a short time.
The 800-566-2888 number hangs up after a few seconds of being on hold.
Snuggie scam?
I ordered a Snuggie 'as seen on TV' about 3 weeks ago, but hadn't received. Discovered the only contact on the Sales Confirmation goes to this 800#. My experience has been similar to ofthers in this Thread. I called the Connecticut Attorney-General's office and was directed to send in a letter and copy of the Sale Confirmation. Their office is aware of this outfit. It seems the people involved are still in this Country.
Cancel your credit card charge if you can. Also file a complaint with the FBI: http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx
