(800) 568-0162

This is fraud. The person leaving the message claims to be from Synchronicity Bank, but they are not. It is a fraud. I received a call from (330) 433-5987 asking me to return the call at (800) 568-0162. I do have a Sam's business account and called the number on the back of my card. THEY HAVE NO CONNECTION TO THIS FRAUDULENT CALLER! I gave them all the information I had, but DO NOT call this 800 number or give them information. It is NOT Synchronicity Bank and has no affiliation with them!

THE ROBOTIC CALL CAME IN EARLY IN THE MORNING. THEY SAID MY NAME AND TO PRESS "1" TO CONFIRM OR OTHER NUMBERS TO NOT CONFIRM. I DID NOT PRESS ANY KEY, AND INSTEAD HUNG UP. I SUBMITTED A COMPLAINT TO THE "DONOTCALL.GOV" WEBSITE. WHEN ASKED IF I HAD TOLD THEM TO STOP, I SAID "NO". COULD NOT ASK THEM TO NOT CALL, BECAUSE THERE WAS NO LIVE PERSON ON THE LINE TO SPEAK WITH.
NEVER PRESS A KEY THAT THEY ASK FOR. IF YOU LIKE, PRESS THE # SIGN 7 TIMES TO HAVE THEIR COMPUTER INTERPRET IT AS A DISCONNECTED NUMBER.

This caller has called three times today alone. Each time I have been told that this is an important call and to please wait. Less than 1 minute into waiting the caller simply hangs up.

Calls at all hours from 8:00am to 9:30pm. Three weeks now, all day long, even on weekends. Wakes up my baby daily. Spanish recording answers and speaks spanish to me ( I speak english) or they just hang up. It's driving me crazy and I want to cry. I looked up the numer and it's SAM'S CLUB. I have a membership, and I want to throw it away now. This is awful!!!!!!!!!
