(This vendor calls bi-weekly, repeatedly, for the past several months, hence I finally had it, and making this complaint. I did not keep record of all calls.) (Caller reluctance to give business name and telephone, only when I denied giving my Credit Card Number, at the end of call, without a name and number did the caller provide the name only, & referred me to the web site to obtain the number .)

senior alert system. I have receive MANY calls from this company. Their recorded message says "press 1 to speak to a live operator, press 5 to be put on our do not call list". I pressed 5 a few times, but kept getting the calls. Now today I pressed 1 and asked to be put on their do not call list. Before that, I found out the name of the company ("Senior Emergency Care") and their website: www.seniorsafealert.com
I have received at least 8 calls from them. The first couple of times I just hung up quickly, thinking they would get the hint. Then on two occasions I pressed 5 to get removed from their list. This latest call I pressed 1, spoke to the live operator, got the company name and website, and then asked to be put on their do not call list. I did not keep a log of the calls, so I do not have the dates and times they called. I assume this information is available to you from Charter Communications, my cable company who supplies this phone. I also used *57 to trace the latest call.
