called & said that we were delinquent on our AEP bill & would be disconnected. Called on a wireless number 314-399-9859 & said to call this 800 number for payment.

This number has been used in the Portland, Oregon area as well, claiming to be Portland General Electric, using same scam about bill not being paid, truck is on the way to disconnect.

yes i´ve been called contacted by these people. they are a LEGITIMATE company. they represent the electricians´ alliance for unpaid bills that results to disconnections. after i paid my due balance everything was A-OK! very friendly customer service.

Called my business claiming to be Georgia power threatening to disconnect. Funny b/c my power is with a different electric company.

Claims to be Duke Energy and threatening disconnect due to unpaid bills.
