call from "Officer Ryan Smith from IRS" saying because of Fraud/Unethical practices on my taxes, I needed to contact him.

Yes, I was also called by a officer Ryan Smith 800-574-2557. He has called many times, even after I block his number he's still able to go through and call my number and leave a message. What can I do about that? I'm really tired of getting his phone calls and messages!

When are these IRS Scammers going to be arrested even if they are calling from anouther country and being blocked? They still are able to leave a voice mail even though I play it for a laugh

3/23/2018 spoke with Ryan from the IRS and yes I called him out and he admitted it was a scam and people do fall for it.

recording said they were some officer Ryan smith with the IRS and was investigating me for fraud on my taxes which is nonsense because I file a 1040ez and take no deductions
