The voicemail said that my Windows license had expired, and it's an emergency call to renew. Nice try but this is a total scam. It's amazing how people think that we are that stupid

This phone number, 800-577-1869, Caller ID shows "TOLL FREE CALL", called us at 4:05 pm on March 27, 2017. Caller claims, in very bad, broken English, that our Microsoft license is expiring - and tells us it is an emergency that we need to call them to renew it. We don't even have a computer at home any more, so I know that this is definitely a fraud, scam call. Plus, if we don't recognize the name in the Caller ID, or the number, we never answer it live, any way. Do not answer this call AND definitely do not call this number or give them ANY information on yourself OR your computer. I believe Microsoft does not call you. I believe Microsoft usually will e-mail you with important information. Be aware, this number and caller are scammers!!
