This criminal organization calls my number several times weekly suggesting we press "one" to speak with a representative. We never press anything since our number is on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY.

If they are looking to collect a debt, they are calling the wrong number, because no one at this number has any unpaid debts. This indicates the company FAILED to do their "due diligence."

These people call every day or so, sometimes more than once a day. A recording comes through my answering machine that tells you to hang up if you are not this person. I have tried several times to hang up, but it will not let you hang up!!!!

How do I make them go away? They keep calling my 79 year old Mother who owes NO ONE! It is making her a nervous wreck!

If this is a collection agency that's calling my number, they didn't do their due diligence to find the correct number of the person/persons they seek. No one at my number owes anyone anything; thus this is a harassment call, and this organization engages in criminal behavior, especially since they do not properly identify themselves on the ID.
