Received the same sketchy looking letter. My car is only a year old, bought it brand new. No way the warranty is up already.

Did not receive a call but did receive a very sketchy letter with the only ability to contact being the telephone number.

Just received the same letter. Thought it was suspicious considering the letter doesn't have a vehicle listed or really who the letter is from. Thanks for the other comments - I confirmed for me that the letter is bogus.

Received a letter with the phone number on it. Telling me that my vehicles services were about to expired and that I needed to renew. Once I contacted them, they did not even know what vehicle I drove.
