SCAM!! I also got a notice in the mail!! I feel so bad for people that are senior citizens and fall for this!

Called and spoke with an agent (Steven, maybe that was his name, who knows?) just to get extended coverage info. I had no intention of solidifying a deal over the phone but the "hard sell" was in play. Once he gave me the figure$, I said thank you and that's it. No, he would not let me get off the phone without a commitment to the extended warranty. I could describe more about the crummy sales techniques he applied but it started to get personal and I ended the call by saying something I had already repeated over and over. "Thank you for the info. We are done here." I should have told him that his tactics were a deal killer and that I will never get extended coverage through their service. My advice to anyone reading this: check out other avenues besides this one. I already have and am happy I did so. warranty-direct dot com. It's too bad that GM has salespeople doing this to people like us who buy their cars. I sincerely hope my conversation with "Steve" was recorded.
Scam !!!!!!

Car warranty. Person named tony claimed that my vehicle's warranty expired, Which is not true. Asked for a down payment of $395 to extend my warranty, with a $150 per month payment for 3 years. Total for warranty was like $3300.
I would not give these people the time of day. I received same notice in the mail....only they had my daughters first name and maiden last name. She has been married for 20 some years. I Bought new vech. in 2010 and my daughter has not lived at my address since she married. Makes one wonder what kind of business these folks are really in.
I did not receive a call, received a notice in the mail. Their 800 number was on the notice, and said PLEASE CALL IMMEDIATELY. PHONE NUMBER: 1-800-589-3251
