I received a voice mail from this number saying that my PECO electric meter needed to be replaced and I needed to call to set up an appointment. My meter was replaced last year so I didn't believe the message. I called the number back from a different phone and "PECO/production partner" was the greeting. I asked about the message left on my phone, they had no record of calling my number. Seems to me that the number was spoofed and it was a junk call.
