Criminal identity thieves. Don't answer these crooks. Some guy with a cockney accent asked me for my social security number. I'm not an idiot!

The message announces who they are calling for, advise if not that party to hang up, have a 3 second pause, and then announce they are a attempting to collect a debt. Does not give any info about the debt. They use the 3 second silence approach trying to embarrass people into a response and still be legal.
this number calls morning, afternoon, night - a pest really - you say hello, no answer...you asked to remove my number from the lists, no answer...must be a whimp with no balls either!
