Live salesman from Sperian, Starion? called with sales request to switch utility service from Duke Energy to their company. Caller was extremely rude when I told them I was on Do Not Call list. (I also had previously and formally told Duke Energy not to give my phone number out for this type of solicitation). Caller's name John.

This was a live but very short conversation. Lower energy bills were the purpose -- although I did not let the caller complete his script; just asked him if he knew the phone number was on the Do Not Call list. When he said he didn't know, I hung up.
