This is the source of the Rachel Robo calls offering unsolicited 250K business loans. They use a fake caller ID program and as others have reported to an Orlando TV station that they make you pay fees up front for these scam loans. Report them to the FTC and find an attorney on the net who goes after these robo calls companies to sue them for 1,500 per Robo call.
