This number calls me saying there is an urgent message for Shakwana /Chakwana (spelling?) and not to listen if I am not that individual. It is always an automated call. They are calling me at least two times per day. I don't know how to make it stop. I have NEVER done business with these people. I have only had this number for four months. The calls started a few weeks ago. HELP!
Several calls night / day 8am 11pm it does not matter to them. but they do not leave messages they just call and sometimes they just let it ring like 2 -3 times and hang up for what ever reason.
I am presently conducting a pre-litigation investigation concerning Virtuoso Sourcing Group (or First Revenue Assurance) for its telephone messages, communications, and other practices that violate the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ("FDCPA") and other state laws.
If you, or anyone you may know, have received a telephone message from Virtuoso or First Revenue I ask that you do the following:
(1) Save the recorded message(s) including the time/date the message(s) were received;
(2) Save any letter(s) that you receive; and
(3) Contact my law firm via e-mail or telephone. My contact information is as follows:

These folks must look up all the phone number of a person they wish to collect from and add them all to a rob caller. Will not quite until you back all on your own dime and tell them that the person they are looking for no longer owns the phone number they are using. I was on vaction without my phone and came back to 20 calls from these folks. There should be a law against this. Prehaps I should call them 20 times leaving f...you messages.
