Candace from Spectrum Billing called from 800-999-7932 but told me to call back at this number. However, yesterday they called saying they were an adult service line

some ahole calling himself mr Rubio keeps calling me about a debit card but does not even know my name, the second time he gave either or names that were both wrong. I gave him a time and place to meet me in person tomorrow if he wants to talk with me, I really hope he has the balls to show up

They called and told me I owed them one hundred and seventy one dollars. They said my card didnt go through and if I didn't pay it would be credit card fraud. My bank account hasnt been active since mid July. Plus I never got an invoice from them and when asked for one they said they couldn't send one I have now been told it was in my best interest to call them. I Don't have a bank account so I can't even pay this bill. Plus card fraud on a debit card that is no longer active seriously?
