They call several times requesting money and make the call sound urgent. They refuse to send anything in writing. Also, per internet search, these people are scammers. And, I owe no one anything, so, I shoud not have collection calls.

As soon as I had my phone hooked up, I started getting collection calls for some woman named Shelly. They are all annoying but these people take the cake. I answered the phone to get an abusive, threatening, automated message, that I had better call them back Immediately. I called them back alright, and gave them the same abusive tone I got from their message. The woman that answered asked me why I was being so rude, funny, and then told me that I can't keep them from calling because this is the number that Shelly gave them. I told her that they better not call me again, and she kept spewing at the mouth, so I just hung up. I at this point hope that they call me back. This may be fun..... And Shelly if you read this pay your damn bills.

They have called me twice a day for the past two weeks. It's a recording that states it's an important matter and to call or go to their website at: www.takhargroup.com. They don't ever give a name of whom they're attempting to reach and oftentimes you attempt to call back you get another recording. I'm on the do not call registry and want them to stop calling me. I shouldn't have to change my number because of harrassing calls.

They called asking for me, spoke to my husband, left the number to call back. They are a third party collection agency.

I received an automated recording from this number. They indicated this is an attempt to collect, please call back today or visit our website. This smells like a scam. I contacted them back but received the office is closed message at different times of the day. I used to work in financial services. I causion you not to provide any additional information, not even your address if you actually do speak with these people or if they ask to verify your social security number.

This is a harassment call from the way they approach all of us, not debt collecting since there isn't a name that they are looking for.

number for me to call back was 866-411-5558, didn't say who they were calling for either, just need to call back immediately or visit pakhargroup/takhargroup - hard to understand. Hours supposedly 7am-5pm Monday-Saturday I believe,. Didn't waste my time calling back, I have snail mail for legitamite people!!

These guys have been calling me for weeks--or at least I assume they're calling me, since they never say who they're calling for--they leave a message with this phone number. But if you try calling the number any time of any day, you'll get a machine message saying there isn't anyone to take your call, and to call back between Monday through Friday, 9 am to 9 pm. (Eastern Standard, I assume.) The whole thing smells of scam.

But if you try calling the number any time of any day, you'll get a machine message saying there isn't anyone to take your call, and to call back between Monday through Friday, 9 am to 9 pm. no caller name....just voice mail and to contact them by the phone number or my checking at takhagroup immediately and must call back as soon as possible....did not mention what they were calling for just to call back today

i have no idea who these pe4ople are. they claim to be collecting for doubleday books. i do not, repeat, do not owe doubleday for any boks. i either paid for or returned all books. i am 88 years old, but manage my own afairs. i do not appreciate being billed and then threatened because of an obviousd error on the part of doubleday. the personn i talked with was extremely rude and even hung up when i was trying to get details on this call.

I get 3-4 calls per wk. Won't leave me alone, even after explaining I was not the person they wanted.

I keep receiving calls from this number about the urgency that I have to call back. I don't know who they are nor do I care. I check my caller ID and just do not answer. They can call to dooms day, but I will never answer them!
