I just got a voicemail from this number stating that I have a mortgage debt. But I checked everything online since I pay my mortgage on time and I don't owe anything. I email Caliber and waiting for a response but it does sound like a scam. Every time Caliber sends a message or contacts me I also get a text, and this time I didn't.

Receiving a call from them. I don't recognize the number so I don't answer. They leave a very poor message where I hear the man on the phone being coached on what to say. They tell me I owe a mortgage debt. I do not have a mortgage debt. I cannot call them to leave me alone without giving them my social because of the need to 'identify' me. Ridiculously suspicious.

I received call as well and thought same thing but threaten with some type of legal action. I called Caliber number I have on statement and there was no notice on my account. Is this scam?

Call from Caliber Home Loans. First it didn't sound legitimate so I told the guy I am not giving him the last 4 of my social. I later called Caliber directly (my mortgage company) and they confirmed it's their number and they needed to get in touch with me.
