It is a scam, a threatening one. Refers to SIN fraud, investigating financial activity and arrest warrant issued. So yes, it is a scam. If you call back, that number is not available in the area, they are playing with the fact that the number is similar to Canada Revenue Agency. Did not identify herself, clearly a recording.
