This is a collections harassment call from Kubota Tractor Credit Collections, in which a recording comes on as soon as you answer, telling you " to hold until the next available representative can come to the phone ".
Screw them !!
They're not paying me for my time, and they're not paying me for the privilege of tying up my phone service, so to Hell with them ! Besides, I'm thinking that type of call, where you are immediately placed on hold upon answering & told to wait, is illegal.
