got call from this number on 14 July, no name, no msg, nothing on caller id except number. i believe it to be a scam. they left no msg

7-17-16, 2:48 PDT. Have received numerous calls but do not answer. They hang up after three rings.

Caller: Caller ID indicates number only. Do not answer and they hang up without message after 3 rings.
