Let me start from the beginning. I initially called Esquire magazine to inquire why we received it and how was it paid for up until 2023. I could not get any answers and was referred to subco.com at 1 800-888-5400. They are open from 7 till 4 Pacific time and I was on hold for 10 minutes before someone answered the phone and then put me on hold and disconnected me. I called back and this time got to stay on the phone with a person who again referred me to PMG marketing group. can find no information about that on the internet. Their number is one 800-639-6976. Now you know the story. I was told that they contacted me and read cancel the subscription and provide a full refund. Still don't know whether it was taken from our bank or a loyalty points program, or whatever.
