I got the same call on my answering machine as the others. Only difference is mine started off with "...This is in reference to a letter you should have gotten..." I never called them back.

I Just received a phone call from this number, the lady said she was calling from BOA home equity line of credit, I told her to give me her number that I will call her back......I knew immediately it was scam.....

When I receive calls from or call this number I get Bank of America Home Loans. They are well-spoken people who know details of my loan only Bank of America could know. Perhaps someone is spoofing their number?

Just got a call today. No Indian accent but same script. I asked him how do I know he is really from Bank Of America and he responded "That's a really good question and for me to call back if I want to. I did not.

Just received a call from this number. Let it go to VM. When played back, guy with India accent stated he was from BOA and I needed to call them back immediately at my earliest convenience.

Woman with accent said they were BOA calling about my Home Equity line - and asked for last 4 digits of SSN. I said I was not comfortable giving out any info over the phone. She quickly ended call just saying I could call back on this number if I would like.
