(800) 653-0362

I received a call from this call today, They left a message identifying themselves as Bank of The West. 15 minutes later received a call from 1 (501) 551-7965. I checked this number as well. It also is listed as belonging to Bank of The West. Then again from 479-146-2968. No answer of message on this one. I have a suspicion it's all coming from the same people.

Received 2 calls this morning, I do not answer any number that I don't know. Be aware that they also have another number that isn't an 800 number.
They actually left a message from the other number. It was Bank of The West. The number is as follows 1 (501) 551-7965

They are not allowed to call me, I have requested mail from them only.

i keep getting alot of calls daily myself from the same number as well, and no i dont answer 1-800 phone number calls either

I own a small business and today we started getting calles from this phone #. We have been getting them every 15 min on the hour. Every time we answer their is no reply just dead air, It does not matter who answers it it's always the same thing. I find it hard to believe it's not bank of the worst calling and then realizing it's a business and they cannot harrass people at work so they dont say anything they wait for you to hang up!

How about a govarment law that allows people to use caller ID as proof and then charge these bastards who own this # a fine for every call they make illegally. They own the number and they are making the outbound calls from it. I know this because they left a voice mail message on one of my employees voice mail today, They gave this exact phone number as a return number 800-653-0362 If your dumb enough to believe what a banker tells you or an employee of a bank tells you then their is no help for you. That is what they count on so they continue with their illegal activity!

I work with Bank of the West and the 800-653-0362 does belong to us. However, we do not place any outbound calls from this number. We are being spoofed. Someone, or business, is using this number in their Caller ID Mask to trick the called party into hopefully answering their call. My apologies, I know how annoying this can be but we have no way of knowing whose actually making these calls.

Repeated hang up on answer, calling me several times a day like the previous reporter! Frustrating, I would complain if I knew where to complain.

I don't answer 800 #'s and don't return calls that don't leave a voice mail. Now blocked through my cellular provider.
