contact your states dept. of finance. It's very possible that there is NO way they can claim money from you if they don't have a state business lic. number. That's the case in Washington State. Get educated. An attorney will simply take your money and really not be able to do as much as you yourself can do. Find out what the laws are in YOUR state.

Have these people actually went through with any of there threats (wage garnish, warrents, come to your house and cease your computers)?? When I had spoke with A Miss Carter the first time I contacted them to let them know i would pay back my debt but needed a payment arrangement they were not hearing it she told me to get a job and hung up on me, then had the nerve to call my job and make threats ...I have been contacted at my place of work and all my references have been harrassed as well. Im scared to death I had one other company call and say good luck and good luck to your children WTF is that.... I will be contacting an attorney today to stop the calls at work .

these people have called me at work several times and we are not allowed at my job to take these kinds of phone calls, so now thanks to them i am in danger of losing my job!! what do i do?

My boss gave me a message from a woman named Mary from First National. She had called work while I wasn't there. She refused to leave a number and hung up after being extremely rude to one of my co-workers. Later in the day I was given a second message from this woman, this time with a number to call.

A lady named Lakisha left a voice mail on my work phone and said, if I don't call back 1-800-654-7444 extn-843 by the end of the day, I'll be penalized. When I called the number, she was very rude and asked for my SSN to look up my information. This was the first time I got such a call and I was very nervous after listening to the voice mail. I gave my SSN and she said, she couldn't pull up my information and she is going to take legal action against me. When I asked what was the legal action for, she said, she can't disclose and she hung up. In the Voice mail she said that she is from First National. But when I called the number it went to pay day loan. I immediately called the SSN office and credit bureau and put a fraud alert on my account. Beware of such calls

This Lady Deborah calls my place of employment on a daily basis and i have told her to write to me regarding this, she said no she would conitnue to call me and would send a supoena to my place of employment and was going to call my suporvisor also ! I hung up each time. I am attempting to send a cease and desist letter as soon as i can get someone to give me the mailing address to their office to do so.

These people really to need to get a life! They called my work and said that my boss was going to be summons for a court date for me. The caller, Marina, would not provide me with an address or give me her last night. She said that everything was hadnled electronically. I am calling me attorney today about suring them for harrassment. File a claim with your local state's attorney and the FCC if they call you. Also file a complaint with the Internet Crimes Division every time they call. It is a $16,000 fine per offense.

These people need to get a life, seriously. I am the front desk receptionist at my job and I can say since I have been at my employment (4 month) they people have called at least once a day!!! Not for me, but for an employee at my job. They say they are going to subpeona her and constantly are asking to speak with her boss.

I WAS CONTACTED ON MY JOB BY DONNA FROM FIRST NATIONAL SERVICES. SHE WANTED TO KNOW IF MY SUPERVISOR WAS IN BECAUSE SHE WAS GONG TO INFORM HER THAT I WAS GOING TO BE SUBPOENAED ON MY JOB.
