Called at approx. 4:45 am this morning - Caller ID showed Private # & said to call John back. When I called back 800-656-4716 - I was given option 1 or option 2 to be removed - I chose option 1 because I wanted to speak to someone in charge of this company and let them know that calling my storage facility at 4 am in the morning is not an acceptable business practice and that no we would not be doing business with them as we are already well taken care of. Wouldn't you know it.? After I pressed option 1 - a recording came on after about 3 minutes and said "Due to the high volume of calls we are receiving - please leave your name & number and we will return your call." GRRRRR.!!!! Make it stop.!!!!!

DEFINITION of SCAM: to deceive and take money from someone. Examples of SCAM: They scammed a lot of money from unwary customers. OR The company scammed hundreds of people out of their life savings. SEE FURTHER at http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/scam

MY EXPERIENCE with this company: I called them up and talked to John. He explained the new program with the free EMV chip capable terminal upgrade that they offer and I signed up as I could verify that they were a legitimate company. I have been processing with them for a few months now and the savings have been over 20% on my merchant statement and I did not have to pay for the new terminal upgrade that other competitors would have charged hundreds of dollars; some even offer a lease where you would end up paying thousands over the four year lease! Now those processors are scam!

My CONCLUSOIN: this company that called me from 8006564716 is NOT a scam, it is a real company which benefited my business greatly.

called at 3:16 am tuesday jan 3rd left callback number and message from merchant services---we have had them remove our name at least 50 times

Called our office line @ 11;59 pm Sunday. We are landlords and pride ourselves at being available to our renters 24/7 for emergencies so we do not shut our phones off. The caller number was "restricted" so knew it was not a tenant. Call went to voice mail and message was incomplete only asking us to call back to 800.656.4716; obviously I did not return call. What's with these late or AM calls? Would love to catch this jerk!

Fraudulent, deceptive and illegal robocall placed to our business voice mail on Sunday, June 5, 2016.

The message was as follows: " Hi, this is Joe with Merchant Services and this is to let you know that data security requires you to upgrade your credit card processing to be EMV compatible to avoid liability. We can still offer you the free credit card processing upgrade until our supplies last on a first come, first serve basis and we'll also lower your monthly merchant bill by over 20% due to minimizing risk. So please call me today at 800-656-4716 option 1."

We don't do business with this company! What a sham scam, fraudulent and illegal company they are. Hopefully, they will be shut down and sent to jail for this deceptive and illegal practice.
