They have been calling for the past 2 days I don't have any business with bank of america, even after wasting time explaining that they have the wrong number and person they still keep calling. 1) Have already filed a complaint with Do.Not.Call registry. 2) Have already filed a complaint with the FTC. 3) Filed a complaint with the BBB. 4) Filed a complaint with the Attorney General (FL). 5) I want to fax or send a coomplaint letter but can't even get enough info to do that. 6) However my last option is calling the telephone company and see if I can enable selective call rejection and send this number to H**L. They call at least once an hour.

Calls at least 3 times a day

4 calls in less than 3.5 hours. They know my situation. Why must they keep calling?

These guys (American Home retention) called my cell number and home telephone number. They're a debt collector . The interesting thing is we do not owe any outstanding payments...

The automated service prompts you for your account number, or social and zip. If you do not enter it, the message says they can't help you and you have to phone back when you have the info.

Anyone thinks this is a scam? I do!!

Continually receiving calls day and night up to as many as five a day, most aggravating and wish that it would stop. We are on a no calls list since Oct 2009 however this calling number gets through. See many people with similar complaint. Why can't they be stopped???

The police are already taking action in that connection, poor things if do not stop calling me because demand is placed and this is not a game to call all day and whole year.

I have spoken to 4 different people from this agency and have explained my financial situation as well as a promise to pay date. However even after these conversations and prior to the promise to date paid they have called me 10X's plus. I have faxed a Cease and desist notification a week ago and they still keep calling. They called again this morning 12/26/09 and I spoke to one of their reps very frustrated and verbally requested they STOP calling!!!! I spent 20 minutes on the phone with this guy and explained my situation, he suggested I fax my request for no more calls, I explained I already did that and they still keep calling, I said I would fax it again. Even after this phone call they called my house again. I have since faxed again my request for Cease and Desist. We are doing our very best and have expressed that to them, but to get 8+ calls in one day -is ridiculous!!!!! Please have them stop calling!!!!

Constantly getting calls from this number (800-669-0102) 4 to 5 times per day. Keep asking for me by my first name. They want an account number when I tried calling them back at first. My wife has answered and told them to stop calling we do not have an account with them. They continue to call.
