they call about 10 times a day

Received call everyday.... example on this date 12/14/11
at 10:16AM, 10:48Am, 11:48AM,12:50PM,1:46PM, 2:16PM, 2:46PM, 3:17, 3:47PM, and 4:17PM

They start calling around 6 am, I did a loan Modification last year and have never been late with the payments since this was done. Now they call all the time and say that were 30+ days past due. Even when i look at the account online it shows that were not late. This is beginning to get annoying. have tried talking to them, but they just keep sending more loan modification papers. I got 6 packets in one week of the same documents.

They have started calling us 3 or more times a day. We've had a mortgage and home equity loans with BofA for many years. They've been automatic payment for many years also with no latepayments, and no change. It is now harrassment as they won't give out info, but will only ask for 'phishing' type personal data. I'm assuming BofA has some automatic trigger that puts this independent sleezy company into the relationaship and then it's out of BofA's hands. I will go to a branch Monday and try to clear this up.

I have gotten 2 -4 calls every day from this number for the last two weeks. Caller ID LOAN COUNSELING. I have done everything in my power to have them stop including asking that the calls be blocked. They want me to give them information about my "property" over the phone, I asked them to send me the information because I do not do business over the phone and they refused. They refused to stop calling unless I send them something in writing. I owe a small mortgage to them but otherwise am not in any debt at all. This is maddening. But maybe that's the idea. Don't do business with Bank of America.

calls my phone 10 to 20 times a day...file complaints with every complaint site available and still nothing is done to stop BOA, state it has to do with refi mortage rate my mortage rate if fine and its a fixed rate...leave me alone..

These idiots call every hour from 1:00pm to 6:30pm, sometimes earlier. So that's about 9 calls a day, every day. We no longer have a mortgage, when we did, it was not with them. We have never done business with these people. We do not answer the phone because they have absolutely no business calling us at all. We have reported them to the FTC. We have reported debt collectors twice within the past 2 years to the FTC, calling us either looking for someone we have never heard of, or for who knows what reason-since we are not behind on any payments and are not in debt. I suggest reporting them to the FTC. It has worked twice before. If enought people complain maybe they will stop harassing people.

These people call me 10-12 times a day and ask me to identify myself, to give them all kinds of personal identifying information. They get get extremely angry and yell at me when I reply "hey you called me, don't you know who you are calling?" They keep calling though.

I love the fact that they call and make sure my payment
