Wells makes a deal with my wife on payment terms and then they change the agreement. i promise to pay, and give them a post dated check, and they refuse to accept it. They do not want to work with you.
I offered to roll the payments to the back of the loan in writing and am waiting to hear back. I highly doubt that they will accept the offer.
The best part is that the car needs a tranny, and 4 engine sensors. It comes to about 3100 dollars. I had the mechanic start the work, and have an agreement that I can pay into it till it is paid off, and the repairs are done. NOW I can pay both if Wells wants to roll the bill back 2 months. If they do not, they are stuck paying off the mechanic, who will not release the car 'till it's paid for. My slant is that they would have to pay it off at the mechanics, since he filed a lein, before he will release it.
Bottom line is that they will repo it, pay it off, it still will not run, take a loss at an auction somewhere, I will file ch 13 (medical bills) and they will be screwed.
They'd be so much better off if they would just compromise.
