Scammer of the worse degree. Alex from Apple Support.(sounds indian) Told me to open a browser and type in fastsupport.com and to turn the controls over to them. Yeah right! When I told him it is a scam he went into a diatribe about f***ing my mother.. Nice people.! Where is our government to track down these criminals.

Claimed my apple computer would be disconnected and don't even have a apple computer, told them off and they kept calling me back so had no other choice than to start swearing at them and called them a bunch of scammers and then kept calling, calling and calling me back. No doubt using a fake phone number which noticed all these scammer do including using local phone numbers, call back and is either not in service or belongs to a private person. Wish the FCC/FBI/phone company would do something about people using fake numbers and think with all this tech would be able to prevent people using fake numbers.

SCAMMER, Something about Apple computers and my service will be disconnected, told them to quit calling and gave them a piece of my mind, they called back 14 times as after a few times stopped picking up the phone and kept calling and calling and calling back.

Unown 800 # calling every 5 minutes. I have not answered. They leave a voice mail saying that they will call back.

3 robocalls from this number claiming to be apple and our icloud was compromised and to press 1 to be connected....BUT... we don't have icloud or any apple products.

I just got a call from this number and yes it just rang when called back. I don't have an iPhone anymore for two years now!! I try to get customer service it keeps trying to give me options

Spam/Scam . they just called me and said nothing so I called them back and got a recording saying they were Apple and did I receive a phone number to call.. Spam/Scam I left a message on the FB and Twitter pages for Apple; the interesting thing about this call was at the time my phone rang I was on the Apple website pricing something..
