Received a call from this number twice. They informed me they were Apple Support and my Apple Account was hacked. He wanted to help me fix my Apple devices. I told him I was at work and he informed me he would call me back later. The number is legitimately Apple Customer Service, but these scammers are somehow using it to scam people. I asked if this was a legitimate call and he said in a thick Indian accent, yes. After I ended the call, I felt this was a scam and called the number back. It was indeed Apple. I spoke with one of their customer service representatives and she informed me they never make calls such as this. One other red flag is when ever I contact Apple or use a device that requires any confrontation from my account, I receive a push notification from my phone with a code. glad I called Apple back.

Did any authorities can check this scammer referring himself as an apple support tech or having an email as rsray2002@yahoo.com or a name as Tom Williams? he is scamming people asking for gift cards from target around $2000 or even card number in order to fix issues on your computer. and also

I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER TODAY. "APPLE" EVEN SHOWED UP ON THE PHONE SCREEN. I DID NOT ANSWER BECAUSE I KNEW APPLE WOULD NOT BE CALLING ME......

Called multiple times, other calls spoofed apples number but this time it showed up, same computer voice on the vm

They called 3 times today. I picked up on 3rd try. I told them I wasn't by a computer and they could call back. They set up a time for 40 minutes later.... I haven't heard back from them :)

Just received call from this number saying they were from Apple support and that my Apple ID had been compromised from 3 different locations. Tole me to sit in front of my computer and that he would help me fix it. Googled the number and when I told him this number had been reported as a scam - he said F*** You and hung up on me.

Got a call at 800-692-7753, said my iClound account has been blocked. I confirmed with Apple tech support. The issue is Apple Tech support called me back at the same caller id like the spam call.
Apple said they never contact customers like this way.
