SCAM ALERT!! Caller tried to walk me through security setting on my iPhone. I don't have one. The scam is to get me to access my router and provide them with IP addresses and open security to allow remote access. I told them I don't have a router, I steal service from my neighbor. They hung up laughing.

That would explain when i called them back, they asked if I was driving, I said yes. So he said to call them back when I am home. This way they can access my home router.
Called with automated message about Apple account being compromised - press 1. A guy said my Apple account had been logged in in both Houston and San Diego and asked my current location. I said "okay, can you tell me what my name is?" He hung up.
Said they were Apple Support. I said why are you calling me I have an Android phone. They hung up rudely without explanation.
They stopped calling after I hit 1 and played porn from speakers into the phone.
Don't Know why they're calling I don't own any Apple products
