Have gotten 5 calls just today from a machine telling me that there had been attempts to compromise my iCloud. One time I pressed a number to speak with a rep, who told me that according to their records, several attempts had been made to access my account from overseas. Wanted me to be in front of a laptop and not my iPad, which is the only Apple product I have. Guess who won’t be calling them back? And guess who blocked the number?

Calls and leaves a message saying they found suspicious activity on my iCloud account (no apple products) when you connect with someone they say they are apple. The person I spoke with denied even calling me at all then hung up on me.

I received the same call stating all my Apple devices have been compromised and hacked. They wanted me to purchase iTunes Gift Cards and give them the card numbers in order to remove the malicious hack. Knowing it was a complete scam, I kept them on the phone as long as possible. Afterward, I blocked the number and reported it to Apple. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!
