They do call a lot. Screw them, and don't become annoyed. Just use the caller ID and ignore them. My personal philosophy is: I'll pay when I have money, and not before, and they can go screw themselves in the interim.
This caller sends me 10 or more recorded calls daily.
Will call me 10+ times a day
none
Definitely HSBC Best Buy, they're the only credit card I'm late on. Even when I answer, I get someone who says "Hello, hello" and then hangs up. I also got a call from an "unavailable" number that turned out to be HSBC Best Buy and when I told the customer service rep that I couldn't pay my bill because my husband lost his job, she hung up on me. Worst service ever. I am looking into reporting this company every way possible. The customer is definitely NOT their priority.

We've been getting phone call after phone call, at least 5 times a day. We tried reporting them. The agency my bf reported them to said it was a credit card company, and there was no way they can put them on the do not call list or block them. I told my bf he should have told the guy since you cannot do that, then must be you're in cahoots with that company then. This HSBC they don't even leave a voice mail. The reporting agency said they don't have too. I said, well most legitimate companies do leave a message. We always say if it isn't important enough to leave a message. it isn't important enough to tend too. But it is pretty hard to ignore them. To me that many times a day borders on harassment. If I don't pick up on my cell, they try the landline, within seconds of trying the cell. They call both about 5 times a day. I wish I hadn't let my bf give them MY cell number as another contact number. Seems like on the cell phone there would be a way to block certain numbers! There probably is but no one telling us. This eve they called again. The reporting agency said to answer it. He did, and they did the same thing just said hello, hello, then hung up.
