I am NOT recieving magazines.And these people are still taking money off my card and will not let me cancel.Do they need clients that bad.All i want is my subscription cancelled and reimbursed for the material i am supposedly getting.
called and managed to get my nearly deaf 66 year old disabled veteran mother to "authorize" a renewal to a subscription she had not even been recieving for 3 months. She was not allowed to cancel when she realized what was going on. The customer service agent kept me on hold 20 minutes and then when I called from an alternate number they sent me to some voicemail box which I'm sure will also not be answered.... how do we get these people to stop and get our money back?
They are harrassing me about some magazines I was supposed to have ordered. I want to cancel my subscription and they won't let me.
