they called this morning, the guy told me i'm being sued for a cash advantage that took place in my bank account and i never paid, he say it took place last year, i don't know how but they have all my information, first my full name, my ss#, my address, my e-mail they have it all, i asked for the name of the caller, they told me to wait on the line, i did then the same guy repeat the same crap he told me "that i was being sued for...." i just told him that i don't have time for this and i didn't get any cash advantage so if he could please stop calling me ............he hang up.........................now i don't know what to do....should i report it to my bank or just igmore the issue

This company Called my work number so how and ask for me directly, my work gave me the number and i called thme back i got hung up on about 5 times and then later was told that i was going to be arrested and they were going to call my work and report me. when i asked for this persons name they gave me a bogus name and told me not to report this to the FCC but to report it to the Attorney General. Who ever they are they should be *bleep* but of course we cant do that cause of internationl law. Im only 19 and have never taken out a loan, so this is so screwed up

the call came on my cell phone and it came up 0000 Usually I do not answer calls I don't reconize but I was in a mood to take BS calls today. However what the jerk on the other was saying was very upsetting and was starting to really piss me off.... I was told that I had a lawsuit against me charges were violation of banking , theft from cash advance.... SO after hearing that I questioned him about it he said it was from UNITED CASH SERVICES that I had taken a payday loan in 2009 and never repaid it.. OKAY now I am Yelling that I never took a loan from a online payday company he said yeah . I said well send me the info & I will have my lawyer look at it. He said just give me his name & we will take care of it. I said shut up & listen if you say I owe money I have the right to question & demand answers he said you don not need to raise your voice and talk to me like that. Then shut up and listen to me , you arent even speaking clear English for me to understand you!! He hung up, I tried to call back he answers when I say what I am calling about they hang up on me... How are people able to call and do this crap to people???

Updated info. OK. I am sick of these people calling me, so I have basically begun to harrass them back. I have called them about a million times/each time asking for their Bar #. I have been hung up on numerous times. Finally I was given #4928 and told that they are registered with the Bar Association out of FL. Soooo, I went to Florida's Bar Association website and put in that number. That Bar # belongs to an attorney out of Utah and stated 'not licensed to practice law in Florida'. So I called back and was given #27591 again out of FL. Sooooo back to the website I go. This time to be told that is an invalid Bar #. Legally we have no recourse to stop these crooks from harrassing us as they are not even within our boarders. But it sure doesn't stop us from harrassing back. I suggest we mount a campaigne to call the crap out of them and tie up their phone lines...They can't make any money off poor, ignorant suckers if they are busy dealing with us pissed off people. Just a thought!!!
