While checking my Mom's checking account I noticed an automatic debit for $34.95. I thought it was Mom's Life Alert necklace, but I found out that my brother pays for that. I could only go back 3 mths but each month was the same debit amount. We never signed Mom up for this service and we certainly didn't give them her account. How did they get it? I am going to try to call this number tomorrow and Monday we will be down at the bank to put a stop on her account. We don't know if they called her or not. WE didn't sign her up.

All I want is to return their machine. I have no address or can reach them by phone. I have not ever even used this machine. I WANT IT RETURNED AND CHARGES REIMBURSE MY BACK ACCOUNT.
