The caller did identify herself, but I couldn't understand her.. she kept asking for someone I have never heard of. I told her I had no idea who she was asking for and that she had the wrong number. She then asked me to provide her with the number for the person she was trying to reach. I told her again, I had no idea who this person was she was looking for. She kept arguing with me that I did know this person ... I hung up.

This is a rude debt collector for the state of minnesota. I owed taxes and a late parking ticket. When I took their call the woman was very rude and wanted my social security number but wouldnt tell me what it was concerning. I refused to give personal information over the phone and she was not happy about it. Once I called the state I found out they had rolled my debt over to this company Progressive Financial Services. So I guess they are not a scam, just aggressive and dumb.

Leaving messages for my over 21 son, who DOESN'T live here, and hasn't for three years. However they leave information on the answering machine...after they tell you that if "you aren't" that person to" hang up now".... They are live callers who don't stop talking!

they are a legit company, they are not insurance company they are debt collectors, i had a debt there and they worked with me to do monthly payments because i have 3 kids to take care of and im a single mom. my ex boyfriend had always drove my car and got a ton of tickets but since the car is in my name i have to pay for it, which i dont think is right but thats what the county and state of minnesota said so no point in fighting in. they are not a bad company. they actually helped me and treated me like a person not like some other collection agencies i have dealt with.

I recieved a call from a lady who wanted the last four of my SSN. I wouldn't give that to her so she wanted my birth date to verify who she was talking to for a private matter. She gave her name as Annette Fischer (?.. I had to ask three times and she just mumbled) and was with Progressive Financial Services. I got her call back number of 800-731-0238 x1020. I went to the PFS main website, after checking BBB, and got the main office number. When I called the person who answered said that 800-731-0238 was NOT a telephone number that PFS used.
