This is NCO. I've had several dealings with them. When you pay your debt or clear up an identity issue they will stop. They are not difficult to deal with. Just take care of your obligation and stop running

Routine weekly. Sometimes daily calling. They seem to call half hour later each time like they are trying to seek out a time when you will answer. They never say what they are calling about just that they are a debt collector.

This is NCO. They are a collection agency

They called everyday and left a lot of voicemails. When you answered the call, they hang up. When you called back as they request, they used automated system so you could not complaint or explain anything. That harassment is legal?
